Dear Friends in Christ, fellow Pilgrims:

on behalf of all the pilgrims from Auriesville we once again greet you fraternally as you prepare to give public witness to Our Lord Jesus Christ and to advance His Kingdom during this year's Pentecost Pilgrimage to Chartres.

Your steadfast witness to the Faith of our Fathers is ever an inspiration to us, your "little brethren" in pilgrimage. We remember you all these days in the apostolic novena. Pray for us to the Holy Ghost, please, as well.

Our prayers also go with you again this year as you are joined by veterans* of our annual Pilgrimage for Restoration.

Let us commend one another to the All-Pure Mother of Christ Our God, praying for the salvation of souls.

Ad Jesum per Mariam!

Notre-Dame de Chrétienté à National Coalition of Clergy & Laity

Dear friends, dear brother pilgrims:

It is with great pleasure that I convey to you these several lines on behalf of our President, Hubert de Gestas.

We have certainly not forgotten your pilgrimage to Auriesville from the 24 to the 27 of September, and our prayers have been sincere that the Virgin cover it with graces.

Meanwhile, you have not missed hearing about an eventual suppression in France of the Monday after Pentecost as a holiday, which would not be without impact on the outcome of our pilgrimage.

We have therefore undertaken numerous steps with the religious as well as civil authorities. This implies a considerable investment of time which greatly interferes with the members of the association as regards their calendar and which explains the "silence" on our part which could have pained you.

Be assured of our concern in your spiritual undertakings and of the fraternal friendship which unites us to the trans-Atlantic pilgrims.

For our part, we ask you for your prayers so that the work which we have undertaken may continue for the greater glory of God.
