All
family registrations must be postmarked no later than June 1 to avail
of the discount.* (See asterisks
below.)
For the purpose of
registration the discount applies only for family members residing in
the same household, or/and grandparents.
1) The fee for the
first two family members (adults or minors) is always $75 each.
2) The fee for each
adult family member thereafter is $40.
3) Thereafter, a suggested
donation of $20 is asked for
each minor member of the same family up to three minors, regardless of
how many more than three are registered.
4) No soul or family is
turned away from the pilgrimage for want of the fee. See the
explanation in the colored box in the right margin
on this page for
ways to afford pilgrimage. Hardship cases should be pled to the
Director of the Pilgrimage via e-mail
and
followed up by phone, 610/435-2634.
Note
well:
(a) The above schedule
applies to one’s whole family registered for more than one
day, whether members participate in the "modified" or customary part,
or in both. For the purpose of registration the discount applies per
household.
(b) There is no fee
whatsoever for pilgrims participating ONLY the last day, Sunday. But
neither may such pilgrims be included in calculating any possible
discount of fees for family or group registrations.
(c) Discount applies
for a registration sent, with
payment, in one envelope or same
e-mail, not in separate mailings. Family registrations postmarked after
June 1, are not
eligible for discount.
* Family registrations
postmarked after June 1 cost $75 per adult and/or child each
* Family registrations postmarked after July 1 cost $95 per adult
and/or each child.
* Family registrations postmarked after August 1 cost $115 per adult
or/and each child.
* Family registrations postmarked after September 1 or 'walk-ons' cost
$145 per adult and/or each child.
(d) Adult pilgrims
returning to CSRG
volunteer service who make application in writing and
register by
April 1 are asked to donate
$40 in lieu of a fee. A family member volunteer registering after April
1 pays the regular fee, as above. Every application is
subject to acceptance.
(e) A volunteer's
donation may not be counted to calculate his/her family's discounted
fees. The volunteer may, however, use the same form to register with
his/her family.
(f) Without exception
every adult pilgrim participating in any part of the pilgrimage must register
AND sign the "Release
of Liability" form. In addition,
parents or guardians must complete the "Parental
Authorization
for Minor Children" form.
