The discounted fee schedule (rates) for families registering to participate in more than one day of the Pilgrimage for Restoration 2008 is summarized as follows:
1) The fee for the first two family members (adult or child) is $75 each.
2) The fee for each adult family member thereafter is $40.
3) A suggested DONATION of $20 is asked for each minor child up to three children, regardless of how many more than three are registered.
4) No soul or family is turned away from the pilgrimage for want of the fee. Hardship cases should be pled to the Director of the Pilgrimage: 610/435-2634
Note well:
(a) The above schedule applies to one’s whole family registered for more than one day, whether members participate in the "modified" or customary part, or in both.
(b) There is no fee whatsoever for pilgrims participating ONLY the last day, Saturday. Neither may such pilgrims be included in calculating any possible discount of fees for family or group registrations.
(c) Discounts apply only for registrations received with payment by mail, and together, not in
separate mailings. No discounts are offered to any group or family presenting payment, even by mail, after August 31.
(d) Fees are reduced by half (i.e., $40/pilgrim) for adult pilgrims returning to the volunteer service of the Company of St. René Goupil, and/or for new members who make application to the CSRG in writing and register by August 1, 2008. Every application is subject to acceptance. Such pilgrims are "volunteers".
(e) A volunteer adult family member is treated as if he were paying a full fee when registering his family at the discounted rates. However, no other discounts may be applied to family rates.
(f) Without exception every adult pilgrim participating in any part of the pilgrimage must register AND sign the "Release of Liability" form (and complete the "Parental Authorization for Minor Children" form, if applicable).
