Mary K. Smith. She died at St. Luke's Hospital in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania

Mary K. Smith
Mary K. Smith, 66, of Long Pond, Monroe County, formerly of Belmar, N.J., died
Aug. 16 in St. Luke's Hospital, Fountain Hill. She was married to Gerald D.
Smith for 44 years.
Born in New York City, she was a daughter of the late Peter and Lillian (Carson)
Gilsenan.
She was a member of St. Rose Catholic Church, Belmar.
She was a founding member of the New Jersey Right to Life and president [sic]
of the National Coalition of Clergy and Laity, Bethlehem.
Survivors: Husband; sons, Paul of Belmar, Steven of Stroudsburg, Michael of
Southampton, N.J., John D. of Long Pond; daughters, Regina Purdy of Stanhope,
N.J., Marie Rangaswamy of Red Bank, N.J., Gloria Smith of Barnaget, N.J., Charlotte
Smith of of [sic] Southampton, Bucks County; eight grandchildren. She was predeceased
by a son, Christopher.
Services: Mass, 10 a.m. Thursday in the church. Call 2-4 p.m., and 7-9 p.m.
Wednesday, Reilly Funeral Home, Eighth Avenue and D Street, Belmar. Memorial
services to be announced at a later date.
